If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, there is no cancellation fee and you will receive a full refund issued to the original payment method you used for the order. You may not cancel an order after 24 hours.
If you need to return part of the products after receiving it, please follow the Return Policy on the website to get a refund. Shipping charges and other fees may apply.
Our Return Policy
We strive to provide the best products and service to our customers. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply return it in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the product. We’ll give you a refund of your purchase, excluding shipping charges if you previously qualified for free shipping. You will also need to cover the return shipping cost. We will no longer accept returns after 14 days.
To initiate the return process, please first call our customer service, or email us at email@example.com, or chat with our representatives online. From there, we will help you through the return process. Returned items must be in its original condition and show no signs of use.
If you would like to exchange an item, you can simply place a new order for the item you want, and follow the return process of the original instrument. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the returned item and send you a confirmation email.
